Cooling mango yogurt shake ideal for refreshing the palate post-spicy curry indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 mangoes - peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 4 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, milk, mangoes, white sugar, and cardamom in a blender. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour until cold. Serve with a sprinkle of ground cardamom.
