Easy no-knead pizza dough recipe that is hands-free and can be prepared in advance for quick homemade pizzas.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups (500g) flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (slightly less than a full packet) instant yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 cups (350g) lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Prepare the dough: Mix the flour, yeast, and salt in a stand mixer using the paddle attachment on low speed. Pour in the water all at once and continue mixing until the dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl, about 30 to 60 seconds. The dough should be soft and a bit sticky with no visible flour streaks. To mix by hand, follow the same steps in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
  • Prepare the dough for rising: Grease a large mixing bowl generously with oil. Shape the dough into a ball using floured hands and place it in the greased bowl, rotating it to coat with oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours until doubled in size. For longer storage, refrigerate the dough for up to 48 hours. Before shaping, let the dough sit at room temperature for about 1 hour.
  • Shape the risen dough into pizzas and bake according to your desired recipe's instructions.
