Delicious pasta salad with versatile pasta shapes, perfect warm or cold. Vibrant and easy dish for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package farfalle pasta
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Bring a generously salted pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain pasta.
  • Combine the cooked pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and basil in a large bowl, gently mixing together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
