Easy passionfruit mousse recipe

Ingredients:
  • 5 passionfruit, plus extra pulp to serve
  • 250g white marshmallows
  • 200ml cream
  • 125.00 ml natural yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Scoop out the pulp from 5 passionfruit using a teaspoon and combine with marshmallows in a saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Let it cool a bit.
  • Combine the cream and yoghurt until silky. Pour into serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 2 hours until firm.
  • Garnish with additional passionfruit pulp before serving.
