Whip up tasty pizza muffins with biscuit dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella for a deliciously easy snack!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 10 tablespoons pizza sauce (such as Ragu® Homestyle)
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 10 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), and generously spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Flatten each biscuit between your hands and press into muffin cups, shaping them along the bottom and sides. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the dough to settle and rise slightly; gently press the dough into the cups if necessary.
  • Fill each dough cup with a generous tablespoon of flavorful pizza sauce, a delicious slice of pepperoni, and a generous tablespoon of melty mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake the pizza muffins in the preheated oven until they are lightly browned and the cheese is melted, for approximately 10 minutes. Then, transfer them from the tin to a cooling rack to cool for about 5 minutes.
