Whisk together peanut butter, vinegar, and soy sauce for a flavorful Asian peanut sauce. Toss with cooked instant ramen for a simple and delicious noodle dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 4 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodle soup (seasoning packets reserved for another use)
  • 0.5 small cucumber, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons chopped salted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Combine peanut butter, vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and cayenne pepper in a bowl and mix until velvety smooth.
  • 1. Boil water in a pot. Cook ramen noodles until al dente, about 3 minutes. Drain and place noodles in a bowl. Coat noodles with peanut butter sauce. Mix in cucumber and green onion. Top with cilantro and peanuts before serving.
