Elevate spaghetti carbonara with zesty ranch seasoning in the creamy egg sauce for a delicious twist on a classic dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package dry spaghetti
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 egg yolks, room temperature
  • 1.5 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • Coarsely ground black pepper, to taste
  • 0.66666668653488 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 ounces diced bacon
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
  • - Boil a large pot of salted water. - Cook spaghetti until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. - Drain spaghetti.
  • Beat together eggs, yolks, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, a pinch of black pepper, and cheese in a mixing bowl while pasta cooks. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sizzle bacon in oil until deliciously crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • - Drain the pasta, saving 1 cup of pasta water. - Mix pasta with bacon in the skillet over low heat, ensuring it's well coated. - Transfer pasta and bacon to a bowl, combine with the egg mixture, and add a small portion of reserved pasta water for creaminess. - Toss everything together thoroughly. - Serve promptly with additional cheese for garnishing.
