Irresistible raspberry crumble bars with a buttery crumb texture and sweet raspberry filling.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (14 oz) Betty Crocker™ White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie Mix
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup raspberry jam
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a square 8-inch pan with nonstick foil, ensuring some overhang for easy removal.
  • Combine the bar mix and flour in a medium bowl. Stir in softened butter and egg until well combined. Press 2 1/2 cups of the mixture onto the bottom of the pan. Spread raspberry jam on top, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the remaining mixture evenly over the jam layer on top.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, for about 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool fully for approximately 2 hours.
