Adorable reindeer cookies that are easy to bake and decorate, guaranteed to be a hit with everyone! No leftovers guaranteed.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
  • 27 miniature pretzel twists, broken in half
  • 54 Betty Crocker™ Candy Shop candy eyeballs
  • 27 brown M&M's® milk chocolate candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil, making sure the foil overhangs at two opposite sides of the pan, then spray with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, softened butter, cream cheese, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Press dough into pan and bake for 19 to 23 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a rack for about 1 hour before serving.
  • Lift the foil to easily remove the bars from the pan, then discard foil. Spread frosting evenly over the top. Cut into 27 triangles by first slicing into 3 horizontal rows. Next, cut each row into 9 triangles with a 2-inch wide base. Wipe the knife with a paper towel after each cut to maintain a clean frosting surface. Enjoy the end pieces as a snack.
  • Decorate each reindeer cookie by pressing 2 halved pretzels onto the top corners for antlers, placing 2 candy eyeballs in the center for eyes, and adding 1 brown candy to the tip of the triangle for the nose. Repeat with the remaining cookies and store them in an airtight container in a single layer.
