Easy oven-baked rice pudding with white rice, sugar, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon. Delicious and simple!
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333298563957 cup uncooked white rice
  • 0.33333298563957 cup white sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and generously coat a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine rice, sugar, and salt in the casserole dish, then mix in milk and vanilla for a delicious blend of flavors.
  • Place in a preheated oven, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. Allow to rest for 30 minutes, then dust the top with cinnamon before serving.
