Easy Ritz™ Toffee

Delicious toffee made with Ritz™ crackers, buttery toffee, chocolate, and sprinkles.
Ingredients:
  • 40 Ritz™ crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon Betty Crocker™ candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil and spray it with cooking spray. Arrange the crackers in a single layer in the pan.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with sugar and salt until smooth. Bring to a boil, then cook for 7 to 9 minutes until the mixture turns light brown, stirring often. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla until well combined. Pour the mixture evenly over crackers in the pan, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden and bubbly. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crackers and let it sit for 5 minutes. Evenly spread melted chocolate over the crackers, then top with candy sprinkles. Allow it to cool for about 2 hours until the chocolate sets. Break into pieces and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
