Delicious, cheesy sausage balls made with biscuit mix and ground pork sausage - perfect for breakfast or appetizers!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 3 cups baking mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and cover a cookie sheet with shiny aluminum foil.
  • Combine the cheese, sausage, and dry baking mix in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed. Form walnut-sized balls with the mixture and arrange them on a prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the center reaches 160°F (70°C). Serve hot.
