Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup scallions
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whisk together milk, flour, egg, scallions, water, baking powder, salt, and ground ginger until a smooth batter forms.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and pour batter to make 4 pancakes. Cook until bubbly, approximately 2 minutes. Flip and cook to desired brownness, about 1 minute.
