"Tender shredded pork cooked in flavorful barbecue sauce. Perfect for a crowd. Marinate pork overnight for maximum taste."
Ingredients:
  • 2 (7 pound) pork shoulder roasts
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 4 (20 ounce) bottles barbeque sauce
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, dry mustard, and kosher salt. Spread the mixture evenly over the pork roasts and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before cooking.
  • First, preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Then, place the pork roasts in a large roasting pan.
  • Roast the pork in the preheated oven until it is tender and easily shreds with two forks, 4 to 6 hours.
  • Shred the pork and add it to a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the barbeque sauce, then let it simmer for 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
