Tender sirloin beef tips with mushrooms in a savory sauce served over wide egg noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 pounds beef tips, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) package wide egg noodles
Instructions:
  • Combine the cream of mushroom soup, fresh mushrooms, butter, and onion in a slow cooker, then toss in the beef tips.
  • Slow cook on Low for 8 hours.
  • 1. Boil a generous amount of salted water in a large pot. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Drain well.
  • Plate the savory beef tips and luscious sauce on a bed of tender cooked egg noodles.
