Quick and delicious sour cream pie with raisins.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Beat until smooth, then gently fold in raisins. Pour the luscious filling into the pie crust.
  • Place the dish in the lower half of the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the filling is firm. Let it cool before serving.
