Quick and easy spinach souffle with eggs, milk, Parmesan, and garlic - microwave option available for busy days.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg
  • 0.33333334326744 cup 1% milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine egg, milk, cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, then gently mix in the spinach before transferring the mixture to a small casserole dish.
  • Place in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until it's lightly set.
  • For a quick meal, place the ingredients in a microwave-safe casserole dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Release the steam, recover, and microwave for another 3 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
