Crispy, golden spring rolls filled with rice noodles, beef, and veggies cooked to perfection in your air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces dried rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 7 ounces ground beef
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Soak the noodles in hot water until soft for about 5 minutes, then cut them into shorter strands.
  • In a sizzling wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, mixed vegetables, onion, and garlic. Saute until beef is nearly cooked, around 6 minutes. Take off heat, mix in noodles, and allow them to soak up the flavors. Finally, blend in soy sauce for added richness.
  • Preheat the air fryer to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
  • On a flat work surface, position an egg roll wrapper diagonally. Place a strip of filling across the wrapper. Fold the top corner over the filling, then fold in the two side corners. Brush the center with cold water and roll the spring roll to seal. Repeat the process with the rest of the wrappers and filling.
  • Lightly glaze the spring rolls with vegetable oil. Place a batch of spring rolls in the air fryer basket and cook until crispy and golden brown, approximately 8 minutes. Repeat until all spring rolls are cooked.
