Effortlessly delicious squash casserole baked to perfection with flavorful stuffing mix, guaranteed to impress without any stovetop hassle.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Pepperidge Farm® Cornbread Stuffing
  • 0.25 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 small yellow squash, shredded
  • 2 small zucchini, shredded
  • 0.25 cup shredded carrot
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine the stuffing and melted butter in a bowl, then transfer all but 1/2 cup of the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Combine the condensed soup, sour cream, yellow squash, zucchini, carrot, and Cheddar in a separate bowl. Spread the mixture over the stuffing in the baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of stuffing on top.
  • Roast in the oven until piping hot, approximately 40 minutes.
