Quick and easy rhubarb sauce with a hint of sweetness, made special with strawberry Jell-O mix.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, let the rhubarb, water, and sugar mingle and bubble to perfection. Once the rhubarb has softened after simmering for 15 to 20 minutes, gracefully fold in the gelatin mix.
  • Allow the mixture to cool naturally at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Transfer the luscious rhubarb sauce into a serving bowl. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a refreshing chilled option later.
