Festive cornucopia sugar cones filled with delicious treats are the perfect Thanksgiving dessert addition.
Ingredients:
  • 6 sugar cones
  • 0.25 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped candied ginger
  • 0.66666668653488 cup seedless black grapes
  • 0.66666668653488 cup seedless red grapes
  • 0.66666668653488 cup seedless green grapes
Instructions:
  • Wrap a sugar cone in a paper towel and microwave on high for 15 seconds until soft. Shape the softened cone into a cornucopia shape, holding until it re-hardens, about 20 to 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining cones.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring frequently. Dip the top of each cone in the melted chocolate, then coat with candied ginger in a wide bowl. Place cones on a wire rack to set the chocolate.
  • Stuff each cone generously with grapes. Display the cones beautifully on a platter, and scatter any remaining grapes around them for an elegant touch.
