Foolproof creamy gravy made with rich cream of chicken soup for perfect consistency and delicious flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups turkey stock with pan drippings
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.33333334326744 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, bring the turkey stock to a boil. Add the soup and season with poultry seasoning, pepper, seasoned salt, and garlic powder. Simmer over low heat.
  • Microwave the milk until warm, then vigorously whisk in the flour until smooth. Bring the gravy to a boil and gradually whisk in the milk mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 1 minute. Watch carefully to prevent scorching.
