  • 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ All Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups liquid (juices from roasted turkey, broth, water)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or less, if using turkey drippings
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Strain drippings from roasting pan into a bowl, leaving brown particles behind. Pour back 1/4 cup of drippings into the pan. It's essential to measure accurately to ensure a smooth gravy consistency. Whisk in flour, being precise to avoid a greasy texture.
