- 1.5 cups water
- 0.25 cup margarine
- 1 (6 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
- 8 slices deli turkey breast
- 1 (12 ounce) jar turkey gravy
- Boil water and margarine in a saucepan, then mix in stuffing. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit until stuffing softens, approximately 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
- Place a generous 1/2 cup of stuffing on each turkey slice. Roll the turkey around the stuffing and place the rolls seam-side down in a microwave-safe dish. Pour the savory gravy over the rolls.
- Microwave on high until the gravy is bubbling, for about 5 minutes.
