Transform leftover turkey into a comforting Bisquick Heart Smart® turkey pie for a quick and delicious meal!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup cut-up cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup canned condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup canned condensed chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine vegetables, turkey, soup, and broth in an ungreased 1-quart casserole dish. Microwave on High for 3 minutes, then stir.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl until well blended, then pour the mixture over the turkey (note: the crust will rise as it bakes).
  • Bake without the lid for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
