Delicious dairy-free French toast made with soy milk, sugar, and cinnamon for a perfect vegan breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 slices bread, or more as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine soy milk, flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk vigorously until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a pie pan or similar shallow dish.
  • Warm the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Coat bread slices in the soy milk mixture, then fry in the skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 5 to 7 minutes.
