Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans mixed vegetables
  • 4 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Brown ground meat in a large soup pot over medium heat. Remove excess grease from the pot.
  • Combine the chopped onion, mixed vegetables, and tomatoes in the pot and stir. Lower the heat and simmer for 3 to 4 hours, then season with salt and pepper to your liking.
