Cocoa powder brings balance to sweet white chocolate chip muffins.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and cocoa.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together milk, butter, and eggs. Gently fold this mixture into the flour until just combined, then add in the white chocolate chips.
  • Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling them 3/4 of the way full.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean, approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • Take out of the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before gently removing from the muffin tin. Serve while still warm.
