Delicious stir-fry with green onion, celery, bean sprouts, shrimp, and scrambled eggs in savory soy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 0.25 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 0.5 pound shrimp, peeled, deveined and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 eggs, well beaten
Instructions:
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions, celery, and sprouts until lightly browned. Mix in cornstarch, then add shrimp, soy sauce, and salt. Stir until combined, then transfer to a bowl.
  • Place the pan back on the heat and pour in the beaten eggs. Gently stir the eggs as they fry. Add the vegetable and shrimp mixture back to the pan while the eggs are still runny. Continue cooking until the eggs are fully cooked.
