Quick and easy egg salad with creamy mayo and crunchy celery, perfect for a delicious lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.25 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Place the eggs in a medium saucepan filled with cold water and bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and allow the eggs to sit for 10 minutes.
  • To create a delicious egg salad, peel the eggs and slice them in an egg slicer. Transfer to a bowl and combine with celery, mayonnaise, onion, mustard powder, and salt. Mix well and serve.
