Try these flavorful omelettes with spinach, dill, and black pepper, or get creative with your own fillings!
Ingredients:
  • olive oil spray
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 50g baby spinach
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh dill
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • 3 egg whites
Instructions:
  • Spritz a non-stick frying pan with olive oil spray. Sauté green onion, spinach, and dill over medium heat until spinach wilts. Transfer to a plate and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Spritz pan with a touch more oil. Use electric beaters to whip egg whites in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Pour the egg whites into the pan and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes or until almost cooked through. Spread the spinach filling over half of the omelette and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
  • Gently fold the omelette to envelop the filling. Serve promptly.
