Delicious over-easy eggs recipe, adjustable for desired yolk consistency. Master the flip for perfect eggs!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat butter in an 8-inch nonstick pan until melted. Crack eggs into the pan and tilt to distribute evenly. Cook until whites are no longer translucent, about 1 to 2 minutes. Flip eggs by gently tossing them up and over in the pan.
  • Continue cooking on the other side to your liking, about 30-45 seconds. Season with salt and pepper.
