"Vegan side dish featuring slender Enoki mushrooms sautéed in aromatic sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce for a delightful and speedy flavor burst."
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces enoki mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce (such as Bragg®)
  • 0.5 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
Instructions:
  • Trim 2 inches off the bottom of the enoki mushrooms and gently separate the strands.
  • 1. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms, cook until wilted. Stir in soy sauce and ginger, cook briefly.
