"Enoki mushrooms enveloped in savory roast beef, seared in butter for irresistible flavor."
Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces enoki mushrooms, roots removed
  • 20 slices thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 0.5 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Place enoki mushrooms on each slice of roast beef, and tightly roll the beef around the mushrooms.
  • Start by gently melting butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Next, carefully place the beef-wrapped mushrooms in the skillet, generously season with salt and pepper, and cook until they are heated through and beautifully browned, flipping once, which should take around 10 minutes for each side.
