Delicious roast beef pickle wraps with horseradish cream cheese for a bite-sized taste of the best deli flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 3 slices (8x4-inch) deli roast beef
  • 18 baby pickles, cut crosswise in half
  • 18 grape tomatoes, cut crosswise in half
  • 36 cocktail toothpicks
Instructions:
  • Combine creamy cream cheese with zesty horseradish for a flavorful spread. Generously layer each slice of succulent roast beef with 2 tablespoons of the delicious mixture.
  • Slice the roast beef into 12 strips. Roll each pickle half in a strip of roast beef and refrigerate for 1 hour to make it easier to secure them on toothpicks.
  • Thread each tomato half onto a toothpick, then secure the beef onto the pickle with a toothpick.
