Try this: Savory deli roast beef wrapped around seasoned ricotta, baked in rich spaghetti sauce for a flavorful family feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pint ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian-style seasoning
  • 1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound deli sliced roast beef
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to get it nice and toasty for our culinary masterpiece.
  • Combine ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian-style seasoning, and half the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture onto roast beef slices and roll them up. Repeat with remaining beef slices.
  • Spread a generous layer of 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce at the base of a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Arrange the beef rolls with the seam side facing down in the dish. Lastly, drizzle the rest of the sauce over the beef rolls.
  • Bake covered at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes, then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top and bake uncovered for 3 minutes until melted.
