Picnic-perfect rustic roast beef roll for riverside dining.
Ingredients:
  • 4 wholegrain bread rolls
  • 82.50 ml caramelised onion salsa
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 150g (8 slices) rare roast beef
  • 125.00 ml sliced chargrilled capsicum
  • 332.50 ml trimmed watercress sprigs
Instructions:
  • Cut the rolls in half crosswise. Spread the bottom halves with salsa, then layer with cheese, beef, capsicum, and watercress. Top with the remaining roll halves to make sandwiches. Serve and enjoy!
