Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • ½ cup chopped English cucumber
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 (6 ounce) tuna steak
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Combine the vibrant flavors of red onions, jalapeno pepper, soy sauce, fragrant cilantro, tangy lime juice, and zesty minced garlic in a small bowl.
  • Ensure each tuna steak is thoroughly coated in the delightful everything bagel seasoning. In a blazing hot cast iron skillet, heat sesame oil until sizzling. Sear the tuna steaks for roughly 30 seconds on each side, then slice before serving.
