Whip up these simple breadsticks with 2-ingredient dough and flavorful everything bagel seasoning.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 cups self-rising flour, or more as needed
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and cover two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine flour, yogurt, and 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning until evenly mixed. Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth, adding extra flour if necessary to prevent sticking.
  • Roll the dough into a 9x11-inch rectangle, then slice it in half horizontally. Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips and arrange them on the baking sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  • Combine egg with water in a bowl, then brush over breadsticks and sprinkle with more everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake the breadsticks on preheated baking sheets until they are puffed and lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
