Whip up a delicious beefy Mexican dinner for two in just 20 minutes with only 6 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 4 teaspoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2 cups frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 1-lb bag), thawed, well drained
  • 4 tortillas from 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count), heated
  • 1/2 cup thick & chunky salsa
Instructions:
  • Preheat contact grill for 5 minutes. Coat steak with oil and 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning mix on both sides. Season vegetables with the rest of the taco seasoning mix.
  • Once the grill is hot, place the steak and vegetables on the lower grill surface, close the grill, and cook for 4 to 8 minutes until the beef reaches your preferred level of doneness.
  • Diagonally slice the steak thinly across the grain. Wrap the steak and vegetables in warm tortillas and generously top with salsa.
