Flavor-packed Japanese dressing with garlic, ginger, celery, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar, and oil.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup minced onion
  • 0.5 cup peanut oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons minced celery
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend minced onion, peanut oil, rice vinegar, water, ginger, celery, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth, about 30 seconds.
