Famous Sausage Ball Muffins

Whip up savory sausage and cheese muffins for a delicious breakfast using Bisquick® mix.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 lb bulk spicy or regular pork sausage
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • Ranch dressing, honey mustard or barbecue sauce, if desired
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to a toasty 400°F. Grease 48 mini muffin cups with shortening or cooking spray. Combine Bisquick mix, sausage, and cheese in a large bowl, using your hands to press everything together. Fill the muffin cups with rounded tablespoonfuls of the mixture.
  • Bake until golden brown, 13 to 15 minutes. Transfer to cooling racks and serve warm with dressing.
