Easy 5-ingredient Israeli tahini cookies, a simple and quick treat that is subtly sweet.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 14 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup tahini
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 355 degrees F (180 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with waxed paper.
  • Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. Incorporate butter and tahini until a crumbly dough forms. Shape into small balls, flatten into cookies with your hands, and place on a baking sheet. Press each cookie with a fork before baking.
  • Place the baking sheet with the cookies on the middle rack of the oven and bake until golden, approximately 10 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
