Feta and bacon stuffed chicken breasts baked in zesty lemon herb oil.
Ingredients:
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices feta cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, fried and drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour the flavorful mixture over the chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Fill each chicken breast with a luxurious combination of feta cheese and bacon, then delicately fasten the edges with toothpicks.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and delicious.
