Indulgent fettuccini pasta with crispy bacon and savory Parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound dry fettuccini noodles
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1.25 cups heavy cream
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add fettuccini, and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel to drain excess grease. Chop the crispy bacon into bits using a knife.
  • In a bowl, combine the eggs, cheese, and cream, then mix in the bacon. Pour the mixture over the pasta in the pan and gently toss with tongs.
  • Place the pan over very low heat and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until slightly thickened, being careful not to overheat and scramble the eggs. Season generously with black pepper and serve.
