Irresistible pasta dish loved by all, even those who don't like fish, can't resist this salmon pasta special!
Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces salmon, cut into thin strips
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.75 cup light cream
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 ounces dry fettuccine noodles
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Add salmon, leek, onion, and garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes until aromatic. In a medium bowl, combine cream, sour cream, and cornstarch; whisk mixture into the skillet. Add lemon zest, pepper, and paprika. Cook and stir for 10 minutes until sauce thickens and salmon is tender and flaky.
  • While the water in a large pot gently comes to a boil with a pinch of salt, drop in the fettuccine and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until it is pleasantly firm to the bite. Drain the pasta and combine with the creamy salmon sauce. Serve the dish with a generous sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
