Moist and flavorful burgers made with ground beef, green chile peppers, and beef bouillon. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Heat the grill to high temperature.
  • Combine the beef, diced green chilies, and bouillon in a medium bowl, then form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Prepare the grill grate by lightly greasing it with oil. Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side until they are thoroughly cooked. Just before removing them from the grill, place cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt for about 2 minutes.
