Succulent kielbasa sausage, tender cabbage, and hearty egg noodles make a delicious and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package kluski noodles
  • 2 heads cabbage, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, diced
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
  • Boil a pot of lightly salted water and cook kluski noodles until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain the noodles, chop them into small pieces, and set aside for later.
  • In a large pot, simmer cabbage and onion in water until tender, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a large skillet with vegetable oil and sauté until vegetables begin to brown. Add kielbasa and cook until heated through. Mix in mustard seeds, season with salt and pepper, and stir in chopped kluski.
  • Add eggs to the noodles and mix until eggs are cooked through, which takes 3 to 5 minutes.
