Spicy jalapenos filled with sausage and cream cheese, wrapped in crispy bacon for irresistible bites.
Ingredients:
  • 30 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 30 small smoked sausages (such as Lit'l Smokies®)
  • 1 (1 pound) package thin-sliced bacon, cut in half
  • 60 toothpicks
  • 0.5 cup barbeque sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Stuff jalapeno pepper halves with creamy, softened cream cheese, then nestle a smoky sausage into each pepper, resting it on the cheese. Wrap each pepper with a half strip of bacon, securing it with a toothpick. Arrange the peppers on a baking sheet and generously brush them with flavorful barbecue sauce.
  • Cook in the oven until the bacon turns crispy, approximately 30 minutes.
