Whip up a delicious seafood dish for four in just 20 minutes using the fresh catch of the day.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ Italian style bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb mild-flavored fish fillets (about 1/2 inch thick), cut into 4 serving pieces
  • 1/3 cup tartar sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Whisk egg in one dish and place bread crumbs in another dish.
  • Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Dip fish in egg, coat with bread crumbs, then place in skillet. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown on both sides and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Combine tangy tartar sauce with ripe tomatoes and fragrant basil in a small bowl; serve alongside the delicious fish.
